This is a Late Model GM 250 Amp style replacement Alternator.

 We use GM's workhorse, the AD-244 series style replacement alternator, and build it to our specifications to provide you with the best output for your needs. (Also see our store listing for our 200, and 300 amp (4 pin only) versions)

We build these units to provide 145 amps at an idle. That's as much as the original units put out at high RPM. It will plug in to most OEM wiring harnesses for GM vehicles from 1996-2008. It will be a direct fit replacement for the OE 105 and 135 amp factory alternators. This unit is great for applications requiring additional charging capacity such as auxiliary batteries, stereo systems, off-road lighting, etc.
