SURFACE Discharge Gap Spark Plugs are a type of spark plug in which the spark is fired across the insulator surface between the center electrode and the shell; there is no side electrode. Thes plugs are much less likly to cause pre-ignition since there is no electrode protruding into the combustion chamber creating a potential hot spot.

12mm Thread .750" Thread Depth18mm or 11/16" Hex Terminal nut is not removable. Do not try to unscrew it!
