This is a completely rotatable starter that will be able to crank your high performance AMC or Jeep motor. This Nippondenso powered starter has  2HP and a 4.4:1 gear reduction ratio. It will work with just fine for engines with compression ratios up to 15:1. You can rotate the front housing 360 degrees to give you the clearance you need for headers, steering components, or special oil pans. Our units are brand new and come with a one year warranty.
