This is the holder for 4" buffing pads when using on a drill. It has a 1/4" shaft for use with almost any drill. It uses hook and loop (velcro) to hold the disks on. LOWER LEFT ON PICTURE.THIS ITEM IS A 3 1/2" HOLDER FOR THE 4" BUFFING WHEELS, WITH 1/4" SHAFT FOR USE WITH DRILLS.
