These black stripping disks, also called Clean and Strip, Superbraid, or spiderweb disks, are becoming the item of choice for stripping paint and rust, because it does almost no damage to the metal. Though they are made in other colors, everything but the black disks are made harder in order to last longer. The problem is that the harder it gets, the more damage it does, removing their advantages.

There are 3 rules when using these disks:

First, NEVER overspeed these disks. They are designed for no more than 5000 rpm.Second, NEVER push. All it will do is wear the wheel out 4-5 times faster.Third, Avoid sharp edges. If it catches, it will tear the wheel apart.

We carry 5 sizes: 2 and 3 rolocs, and 4, 6, and 8 with a center hole. The larger 3 are designed for use on drills, buffer/polishers, and 7 or 9 angle grinders, and the roloc disks are used on a drill.
