| I forgot my password, how can I get it back? |
| Click the Sign In link, then the I Forgot link. A temporary password will be emailed to the address you have on file. Once you login with the temp password you should change it in the Account/Edit Profile link found in My JunkYard. |

| How can I change my user ID? |
| Use our Contact link to email us the new Id and the current ID that you want to change. Once received, we will change the ID within 24 hours and notify you via your email on file. |

| Go to My JunkYard, then click Account/Edit Profile. Enter new information. |

| Why do I have to give my birthdate? |
| You must be at least 18 to participate in the site. |

| Yes! You may have as many ID's as you want. |
