| You can link any webpage in the description area of the Sell page. Type in a URL or text and highlight the text you want to make a link. You will notice a link icon at the top of description box become available, click on the one that says "Insert/edit link." Enter your URL (ie: www.yourwebsite.com) Click Target-You will get a pop up that asks about the http:// prefix, click OK. Then in Target choose "open link in a new window." Title is optional but you can enter any text and it will show when you hover over the link in the listing. Then click Insert and your done! | ||||

| YES! Please do. This will help ALL of us. The most difficult part in a new site is to get exposure. This is a GREAT site, help us get the word out! | ||||
| How can I get my items listed on other sites transferred to JunkYardFind.com? | ||||
| To have your items and feedback transferred you need to have a Store upgrade in place here in the JunkYard. The upgrade link can be found in your Account or click on the "Store Info" link below. Once your store upgrade is complete, simply let us know you are interested in the item transfer option. We do all the work, NO personal info is needed from the other sites! Item pics, description , price and shipping info will all be EXACT as it is on the original site. This is a one time transfer of items, feedback can be updated every 3 months. JunkYardFind.com listings need to be updated as you would any other site after the original bulk transfer. Import can take a few days depending on the amount of listings transferred over. |

| How can I get a logo added to the store page? | ||||
Click the "Store Info" link here. Check out the information and in the drop down list, choose the Store link option then click on the "Add Your Store or Link" button. Input your PayPal or Credit Card info and your all set. Be sure to email your logo images so your store link can be processed.  |

| How can I edit my item description during my listing? | ||||
| As long as there are no bids, there is an edit link just below the title of your auctions. There is also an edit option in the Active Listings page. You cannot edit auctions that have bids! | ||||
| Can I cancel a bid from a specific bidder of my auction? | ||||
| Not at this time. You can cancel the entire auction but not individual bids. | ||||
| How can I end my listing early? | ||||
| You can close any of your auctions at any time in the Active Listings page. | ||||
| How do I know if my item has sold? | ||||
| If your item has sold you will be notified via the email you have on file. Also, your Sold Items page will show the specifics of the sale. | ||||
| I forgot my password, how can I get it back? | ||||
| Click the Sign In link, then the I Forgot link. A temporary password will be emailed to the address you have on file. Once you login with the temp password you should change it immediately in your Account/Edit Profile link found in My JunkYard. | ||||
| How can I change my user ID? | ||||
| Use our Contact link to email us the new Id and the current ID that you want to change. Once received, we will change the ID within 24 hours and notify you via your email on file. | ||||
| How do I change my personal info? (address, email, etc.) | ||||
| Go to My JunkYard, then click Account/Edit Profile. Enter new information. | ||||
| How do I update my credit card/payment details information? | ||||
| Go to My JunkYard, then click Account/Edit Profile to update your payment details. Your credit card info is stored with PayPal, log into your account there and update your info. | ||||
| How/when do I pay my Store/Website link fees? | ||||
| Store/Website Link fees will be paid automatically every month through PayPal or your credit card on file with them. If you do not want to use PayPal or a Credit/Debit card, we have a yearly pre-paid option via Money Order or Cashiers Check. Contact us for more info on this option. | ||||
| How can I cancel my Store/Website link accounts? | ||||
| Go to your Account/Edit Profile page. At the very bottom of the page you will see the Cancel Store/Link button. Click on it and follow the directions from PayPal. You can also cancel directly through your Paypal account. | ||||

| The Vintage category is for any vehicle, motorcycle or parts dated, or that will properly fit, 1975 or older models. Please note any items listed that do not qualify will be deleted. | ||||
